Policy & Procedures:

    Cancellation Policy:

Give at least two hours notice to cancel your appointment, otherwise you may be liable to pay $30 "no show" fee.  

If you are paying with a gift certificate, you will lose a half hour of time from your credits for 'no show'.

When clients book an appointment and do not show up, 

I am losing money and valuable time. Someone else who really needed a massage may not have been able to get in on the day of your appointment, because I was busy sitting and waiting for you! So please be courteous, and let me know if you will not be coming to your appointment. Thank you!​

​​Additional Policy and Procedures:

Please be respectful by taking a shower prior to your scheduled massage appointment. 

Health history forms are to be filled out at the beginning of your first appointment, you may want to plan to be 5-10 minutes early in order to give yourself enough time to fill out this form.

Please bring your I.D. with you.

All files are kept in a locked filing cabinet in compliance with HIPAA law. Certain health risks may make you ineligible to receive a massage; in this event I will try my best to refer you to someone who may be better able to suit your needs. 

Draping is provided for modesty, comfort and warmth. Draping is MANDATORY unless you have booked a shiatsu or sports massage (you do not need to be draped if you are fully clothed). 

I offer professional therapeutic massages; I do NOT offer inappropriate 'extra favors' of any kind.

Requests for anything unprofessional or illegal will result in your being escorted off the premises immediately and you will still be charged for the full session.  

I have zero tolerance for harassment, if you refuse to leave I may call the police if need be.  I am only interested in clients who are seeking professional therapeutic massage services.

Please do not bring pets or young children to your appointment. 

Service animals are acceptable, for those with a disability. 

There is an elevator for those who need wheelchair accessibility.

I do not offer refunds on gift certificates nor do I allow you to split the time of the pre-paid massage sessions into smaller sessions. Sometimes I will allow clients to combine shorter session massage gift certificates together, turning them into longer massage sessions.
